RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All refunds will be credited to customer account or back on the credit card used at the time of purchase. Returns are subject to a restock fee. We will not accept returns after 30 days. We will not accept returns for custom parts or discontinued items.
If you need to return a part, please follow these steps”
- Call 507-386-3930 to get approval for the return
- Repack the parts carefully in the original container and include a copy of the invoice.
- Ship freight paid to Medieval Chassis.
SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING
It is our discretion to ship the most economical way. This could be USPS, SpeeDee, UPS, FedEx, or Truck.
*If you have personal shipping preferences, standard shipping charges will apply and be calculated once boxed and ran on the shipping manifest.
We will always do everything in our power to have same day shipping on inventoried parts. To ensure this please place your order by 1:00 pm CST Monday-Friday.
If an item is out of stock we will always let you know and offer an estimated time frame or a possible replacement item if available. We know in the racing world is a need it now world! (if you don’t see an email in your inbox – please check your spam folder!)
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. All shipments are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 507-386-3930 for charges.
OVERSIZE
All items that are considered oversize can be shipped ground but require a ground oversize shipment charge. The minimum charge is billed out at 30 lbs. We reserve the right to charge an oversize fee on any order which contains a product that is oversized, this is added into the shipping charge.
DROP SHIP
All Drop Shipped orders will encounter a fee. All invoices for these will be sent via e-mail with tracking information.
DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT
Dimensional weight is use to figure the cost of shipping many ground packages and all Next day or Second day air package. We use Fed Ex and UPS for the majority of our shipments. Example: A package weighing 10 lbs could cost you a 30 lb rate because of its dimensions. This is based on the size of the box that we have to pack your order in. Your shipping amount will be calculated using this method.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Medieval Chassis Supply does NOT pay taxes and duties on international orders. They will be due upon receipt.
SALES TAX
Sales tax laws have been changing in the last 5 years. We must collect sales tax from following states. (Our current website does NOT calculate the tax during the checkout but it will be charged during shipping).

Wisconsin
If you are not subject to sales tax, you must have a sales tax exemption form on file with us.
PLEASE NOTE: Any Out of State orders that are not charged Sales Tax, Customers are responsible for the any use tax due to their state. Sales Tax charged is subject to actual delivery address.
